Shipping policy

  1. Payment
    1. All payments must be received by the Company or authorised to the satisfaction of the Company before it is deemed to be completed.
    2. Subject to the capabilities of the Website and your device and/or private banking arrangements, payment for goods may be made as follows:
      1. Debit card, provided you supply all the requisite information (as prompted by the Website); and/or
      2. Credit card, provided you supply all the requisite information (as prompted by the Website); and/or
      3. Any and all other payment options that are available on the Website (as prompted by the Website).
    3. Confirmation of receipt of payment will be sent to you per email or by other appropriate means.
    4. The Company shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that the payment portal is secure.
  2. Delivery
    1. Delivery shall in most instances be effected by a courier nominated by the Company.
    2. Delivery charges will be quoted on the relevant pages of the Website prior to confirming an order. By completing the order, you agree to the delivery charge, and other ancillary charges which shall be quoted therewith.
    3. Where Items are to be delivered by the Company or a courier appointed by the Company, the Company will provide an estimated delivery time. The estimated delivery time is not to be construed as a warranty that an order will be delivered within that time. Should the Company be unable to deliver an order within the estimated delivery time, the Company will deliver the Items ordered within a reasonable time thereafter, and an appropriate notice will be sent to you per email or other appropriate means.
    4. The sellers’ delivery obligations are complete when the Items are delivered to the address nominated in your order, and all risk in the Items ordered pass to you upon delivery.
